The Job.


Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for providing leadership & direction to a team of 4 staff within the credit department.


Your duties will also include:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of Broker relationships & provide guidance around structuring of complex deals.
  • Work closely with settlements and provide guidance on any escalated queries.
  • Enhancing internal and external stakeholder relationships to solve queries and ensure a smooth operational process.
  • Work closely with the CRO to contribute to credit policy development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

You.
To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership capacity within credit
  • Experience working in equipment asset financing is necessary.
  • Currently holding a DLA
  • Passionate and dedicated people leader.
  • Strong problemsolving skills coupled with the ability to implement processes & procedures.
