About the Opportunity


Join our high performing
Corporate Finance team with this key role of
Finance
Business Partner which is integral to operational and strategic decision making.

You will provide a range of financial advisory and support services to senior management stakeholders within TAFE NSW to facilitate financial services delivery, assist management decision making, improve business performance and provide a coordinated interface with central specialist finance teams.


About You


To succeed in this role, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to analyse and interpret financial results of a business with multi-faceted operations.

Demonstrated skills and experience working in partnership with business leaders to manage business and project finance performance is essential to ensure you become a trusted advisor.

With your excellent communication skills, you have the ability to present financial information in a way that is understandable for your stakeholder and provides value through data supported insights and recommendations.


You will have:

  • Recognised professional accounting/finance or equivalent qualification at degree level;
Membership of a recognised professional accounting association (at member or associate level); and Relevant skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Strong knowledge of, and experience working with finance systems for the purposes of creating insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytic skills with demonstrated experience translating insights into implementable recommendations.
  • Stakeholder engagements skills, building trusted partnerships to optimise business outcomes.
