As the HR Business Partner, this role will see you engage with stakeholders across the business on all Human Resources and Employee Relations matters.


No two days are ever the same and to thrive in this role you will need to be a self-motivated, friendly team player with a solid background in employee relations, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills.


This key position as a HR Business Partner, will see you leading a small team of HR professionals to provide day-to-day operational, recruitment, and training support across the organisation.


What you can bring:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or another relevant discipline
  • Leadership experience in an industry with a large and diverse workforce
  • An ability to lead, mentor and develop a small team of HR graduates
  • A successful track record in driving operational day to day initiatives
  • A pragmatic approach to problemsolving with independent thinking and sound judgment
  • Hands on guidance and support with recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development
  • Strong grievance and conflict resolution skills

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have extensive experience as a human resource professional in a large organisation.

You will have demonstrated knowledge of Industrial and Employee Relations, and the legislation that guides them.
