You will manage the delivery of an integrated approach to Performance and Reward, providing advice and guidance on remuneration queries from our leaders and P&C Business partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual performance & remuneration review cyclical activities including, but not limited to system, data and end user processes.
  • Actively lead ongoing improvements in the performance management framework, managing performance and its links to reward.
  • Providing advice, guidance and solutions on remuneration queries relating to Recruitment, Promotion, internal moves and out of cycle reviews to our leaders and P&C Business partners.
  • Carry out market benchmarking of updated and new roles.
  • Actively monitor, investigate and propose solutions for the year end cyclical activities.
  • Providing advice on salary planning, benefits.
  • Sound knowledge of employment taxes, legislation and market practice.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation techniques.
  • Prepare reports suitable for presentation to senior management.
  • Advises line managers on appropriate remuneration levels.
  • SME on performance management, Fixed remuneration and incentives.
  • Project management of BAU projects and projects in relation to performance and reward.
  • Analysis, interpretation, communication of market data survey result.
  • Advises employees on Performance, Reward and Benefits Policies.
  • Management of data integrity.
  • Suggests improvements to P&R products, systems and processes.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • HR degree preferred
  • 5 years + experience
  • Able to advise alternative solutions in area of responsibility and expertise
  • Gathers relevant information about a situation and effectively interprets the data to solve a problem
  • Leadership, coaching and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to get point of view across clearly and concisely
  • Establishes good interpersonal relationships
  • Uses effective questioning techniques to understand customer needs
  • Able to communicate/liaise across multiple stakeholders Employees, management and third parties
  • Organises variety of simultaneous tasks and projects to achieve goals
  • Ability to own pieces of work without supervision
  • Plan workflow for areas of responsibility
