About the Role:
As our Cluster Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of both Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Plateau.
- Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
- Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in Dental, Medical, Veterinary, or Nursing fields is highly preferred. If you've served as a Front Office Coordinator or Administration Coordinator and are ready for the next step, we want to hear from you
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
