Executive Director of Early Childhood Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer at Northern Rivers Children's Services. As the CEO, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the organization, including the development and implementation of strategic plans, management of service operations, and oversight of staff performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee the management of service operations, including quality assurance and risk management.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to early childhood education and care.
- Identify and evaluate risks to the organization and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in senior childcare management, including leadership and management roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in human resource management, financial management, and risk management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, stakeholders, and the community.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place framework.
