As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with system navigation and troubleshooting issues through our client's SaaS platform.

About the role:

  • Conduct remote support sessions to investigate and replicate reported issues, documenting findings for escalation when necessary
  • Develop indepth knowledge of all the company's systems and collaborate with the escalations team to enhance service delivery.
  • Meet operational KPIs, such as ticket closures, response time, and Customer Satisfaction (NPS), ensuring exceptional service quality.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a software/IT support role
  • Prior experience in a support call centre
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, both internally (team) and externally (customers and business partners)
  • General understanding of technology and proficiency in troubleshooting techniques through phone communication
  • Detailoriented approach and demonstrated problemsolving ability
