Quality Improvement Partner

Permanent Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight

  • Classification_: ZJ4 (Nursing) or AHP1 Grade 3_

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in the public health care industry
  • Experience in change management and success in implementing organisational improvement initiatives to meet desired goals

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills**- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in order to lead and drive improvement initiatives

  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to lead change management activities to successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement initiatives, using systems thinking approaches and data to inform performance against project goals and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience in developing detailed reports
  • Proven ability to positively engage with consumers and facilitate codesigning opportunities to achieve solutions which meet consumer needs
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated experience in managing multiple competing priorities while meeting timelines and ensuring high quality work output

  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation in supporting organisational quality improvement projects/activities
  • Ability to accept direction as well as work independently to achieve outcomes
