**Consumer and Community Engagement Partner**

**Permanent Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight**
- Classification_: _HS4
- Award_: _Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025 _

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**

**_ Essential_**
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Experience of working with consumers and consumer advocacy is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Victorian Partnering with Consumers Framework
- A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to consumer safety, consumer engagement and person centred care
- Ability to establish and maintain a network of relationships with a wide range of people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds

**_Desirable_**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant health or community services discipline
- Consumer leadership training
- Qualifications in Consumer and Community Engagement

- Attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external key stakeholders in order to drive consumer engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience in developing reports and governance documents
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrated experience in managing multiple competing priorities while meeting timelines and ensuring high quality work output
- Demonstrates leadership skills and traits characteristic of a senior role, exhibiting behaviours and expectations in line with organisation values
