Our success and growth have created a new opportunity for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team.


As the Service Delivery Manager, you will lead and manage a team of support workers responsible for providing Supported Independent Living and Community Participation services.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure that the services are delivered in compliance with the National Disability Services Standards and the National Disability Insurance Scheme requirements.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and direction to the support team
  • Drive service efficiency and financial sustainability
  • Ensure optimal utilisation of services by implementing an effective vacancy management process
  • Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Manage logistic requirements, including facilities and resource needs
  • Foster relationships with the local community and service providers to further develop the services

Requirements:

  • First Aid certificate, Working with Children Clearance and Criminal Records check
  • Current Class C driver's licence
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently, using personcentred approaches
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of NDIS and National Disability Services Standards
  • Experience in the management, supervision, and support of staff in the disability sector
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel and database administration
