Salary:
$39 - $40 per hour (including casual loading)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers, developers, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with SA Water's statutory requirements and corporate policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and advice across all functions within the Development Services Team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in customer outcomes and experiences.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualifications in Customer Service, Business Administration, or related fields (Desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service with excellent communication skills (Essential).
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in land development and water services (Desirable).
- Attention to detail and accuracy (Essential).
Special Conditions:
- Flexible hours and occasional afterhours work may be required.
- Some intra and interstate travel may be necessary.
- Clearance checks such as police checks may be required depending on the role.
