About the role:


In this vital customer focused role, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and positive team environment.

This is a site-based role, working Monday - Friday, located at the Mayfield office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, making InfraBuild our customers' supplier of choice.
  • Proactive endtoend management of customer orders across our national supply chain
  • Managing the communication flow between our customers and our business
  • Being the pivotal link between our customers and our internal stakeholders which include Operations, Commercial, Supply & Fulfilment teams.

About your experience:

Ideally you will have the following:

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles
