Our client operates a call centre from Mayfield West 2304 - 7 days a week and due to a genuine growth in business, they now require multiple Customer Service Officers on a full time basis.

**As a CSO, your duties in the call centre will be to**:

- Answer incoming call enquiries
- Follow up on customer call back requests
- Record clear, concise and complete notes
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Problem solve issues and escalate when needed
- Other duties as requested

A key requirement of these CSO roles will be availability. This call centre does operate 7 days a week so yes, there will be weekend work These roles are based on a rotating roster, but you will get heaps of notice so you can plan your social life accordingly Besides, the best bit is they come with a working from home option which will see you work three days in the Mayfield West Office and two days working from HOME

**To be the next CSO, you must have**:

- Previous experience within customer service/telemarketing role - highly desirable
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Customer Management Systems
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills and an outstanding phone etiquette
- High level of attention to detail along with organisational skills

Along with the above, the successful applicant(s) must have full Australian working rights and a current police check.
