The Sydney office presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join as an Administrator. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support to Sydney Consultants and the broader team utilizing your administration and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Welcoming visitors and clients at reception
  • Handling phone calls, mail distribution, and courier bookings
  • Conducting data entry and maintaining records
  • Organizing meeting rooms, ordering refreshments, and managing office purchases
  • Processing staff expense reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliation
  • Assisting with travel bookings, office vehicle logbook details, and various deliverables
  • Coordinating events and activities, including drafting proposals and tenders
  • Supporting the Office Manager, managers, and technical staff as needed

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of relevant experience with skills in organization, multitasking, and a proactive approach to tasks. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel along with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential. Previous experience in administration and project coordination is highly valued, as well as the ability to present oneself professionally in a work environment.
