About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional and proactive front line support to the firm.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;

  • Collection and distribution of all mail throughout the Sydney office
  • End of day packing and sending of daily mail for the Sydney office
  • General organisation and maintenance of mailroom area
  • Daily deliveries
  • Boxing archive files to send to offsite storage
  • Kitchen duties
  • Reception coverage as required
  • Assisting with setting up for functions and meetings
  • Maintaining stationary and amenities supplies for the office
  • Printing, scanning and filling
  • Assist legal teams as required
  • Other administrative duties as required
