Job Description:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Core - Office of CEO division.

The Symbio corporate division includes the core technology, legal, finance, marketing and people experience teams that work across our global organisation.


Reporting to the Executive Assistant,this role is responsible for the effective management of the reception and office environment, in addition to being part of a global administrative team that will provide a wide range of professional, operational, and business support globally.


What you'll do as an Office Administrator:

  • Effective and efficient running of the office
  • Office facilities are maintained to a high standard
  • Building management, ensuring compliance of lease conditions and repairs
  • New starters onboarding, workplace safety and logistics
  • Travel and meeting room booking, events, catering, deliveries, stationaries and couriers
  • Involvement in Projects such as Green team, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Global administrative and virtual office management support as required

Qualifications:

What you'll need to succeed:

years' experience as an Office Administrator or similar role

  • Experience supporting a large team of stakeholders
  • Previous experience in Tech or Telecommunications industry is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new skills and concepts
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Possess tact, diplomacy, problem solving and time management skills
  • Possess good decisionmaking skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced level of Microsoft Office, technology savvy
  • Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional written communication & verbal skills
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Highly motivated, goal orientated and proactive
  • Ability to be a trusted team player
