This organisation is the largest skin cancer laboratory in Australia, with its parent company also being the leading provider of pathology services in Australia.


The Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager and be responsible for all aspects of administration.


This role is hands-on and busy, with days full of setting up new clinics, and building relationships with clinic managers and doctors, while ensuring that report turnaround times are within expectations and any issues are dealt with promptly.


Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring our new referring clinics and doctors are set up well and efficiently
  • Reception and general administration duties
  • Processing logistic bookings
  • Results management
  • Liaising with pathologists and clinicians
  • Data Inputting
  • Invoicing

About You

  • Experience working in a similar role in the pathology or medical industry is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent recordkeeping, data entry, and accurate typing skills
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office 365 and a demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a small team, showing initiative, flexibility, accuracy, and a cando attitude
