We offer new trucks for sale from Fuso, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner, and the complete range of trucks available in Australia. As a full-service dealership, we assist with all truck needs, including truck parts, repairs and servicing for all makes of trucks.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service background to join our service team as a

Service Advisor.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
• Organising bookings and service enquiries
• Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
• Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
• Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Team attitude and ability to problem solve
• Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
• Ability to prioritise and remain organised
