The role
***This permanent part time position offers real flexibility (3-4 days p/w
- you choose - any day except Friday) and reports to the Finance/Admin Manager. This highly visible position will enable you to become a vital cog in a high performing Finance team of 2, in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for predominantly end-to-end AR, and also some administrative tasks where required. This position will suit someone who likes a hands-on, varied and autonomous role.

Team and customer service focused, you will provide a high level of service to key internal/external stakeholders.

The key duties of the role will involve the following:

- end to end AR

  • Collections
  • Processing Temp contract templates
  • Following up contractor timesheets
  • Assist with Updating systems/procedures
  • Updating and maintaining personal records
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties where required, such as reception, answering phones etc
