Job Title: Product Manager, Technology (12-month maternity contract)
Location: Waterloo, Sydney, Australia
Reports To: Head of Technology

About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager for a temporary 12-month contract, someone who is passionate about architecture, design, technology, and innovation. We are undergoing a Digital Transformation journey, and we need someone to lead the current and future vision of our website and technology systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Manager who can think strategically while being hands-on. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and SaaS partners to ensure our technology aligns with our business objectives now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner for our website, ensuring alignment with business goals and end user needs.
- Manage key systems to ensure best-in-class integration, adoption, performance, and ROI.
- Drive new technology projects from idea to delivery.
- Coordinate with external partners and ensure value delivery to the business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements for technology enhancements.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in technology requirements gathering and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with agency and vendor management experience.
