As a member of the Product team reporting to the Head of Product, you will collaborate with a dedicated group of Designers, Developers, and Product Managers. Your specific duties will involve:

  • Exploring new services through market research and innovation
  • Creating and presenting business cases for new services or features
  • Defining the vision and roadmap of products, keeping them in line with customer needs and business requirements
  • Establishing rapport and influencing the development team and stakeholders through support, collaboration, and regular interaction
  • Maintaining up-to-date product documentation and ensuring its regular distribution to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Championing customer-centric strategies for products, including BETA and usability testing, analytics, on-site visits, and consistent feedback collection
  • Monitoring and evaluating the success of newly launched products and features, focusing on Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to design, prototype, develop, and test new product features and initiatives
  • Handling general administrative duties and responding to ad hoc requests
To qualify for this position, you should possess 3+ years of Product Management experience, as well as proven written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely for documentation, presentations, and business cases. You should be detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with SaaS products is highly beneficial, and any prior exposure to the compliance, regulatory, or legal sectors would be advantageous.

The salary package offered is $130,000 + Super, with a generous annual bonus structure of up to $9,000 based on experience, open for negotiation with the chosen candidate.
