About the Position:

We are in search of a seasoned full-time Product Manager, Continence Management, located at our Head Office in Macquarie Park, NSW. This role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, Continence Management, is crucial for overseeing all products in the continence portfolio for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Support development and implementation of the continence product marketing strategy and plans across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team on essential product initiatives and advocate for local customer requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis and create competitive assessments to enhance product positioning and drive profitable growth.
  • Create detailed go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Track and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and critical metrics.
  • Design and provide internal product training.
  • Collaborate with Sales team & Marketing Manager on Key Opinion Leaders development and engagement strategies.
  • Analyze local marketing needs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Engage and cooperate with sales team and stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess/be:

  • A tertiary degree in Marketing and/or Business and a minimum of 4 years of previous marketing experience; alternatively, at least 6 years of prior marketing experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in formal presentation and communication settings.
  • Strong analytical skills - adept at sourcing, researching, interpreting data, and providing accurate reports.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a positive influence on others.
  • Solid grasp of marketing practices in the Australian context.
