Our client, a financial organization, is on a mission to revolutionize how they deliver excellence and innovation. In these exciting times, we are seeking eCommerce Product professionals eager for new career opportunities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient delivery and continuous management of innovative eCommerce payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with external partners to prioritize, develop, and oversee the eComm product suite
  • Coordinating with 3rd party partners to ensure optimal customer outcomes through feature prioritization, execution, and commercial negotiations
  • Partnering with the team to assess the performance and areas for improvement of merchant eCommerce products
  • Influencing the go-to-market strategy, optimizing distribution across physical, virtual, and digital channels
  • Monitoring and reporting on the portfolio, optimizing commercial results
  • Maintaining knowledge of risk and compliance for the eCommerce portfolio
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in eCommerce and technology, preferably with 3-5+ years at a bank or non-bank acquirer
  • Technical expertise in merchant acquiring, payment processing, gateway integration, settlement
  • Background in developing and executing payments strategy, especially within the eCommerce and merchant sector
  • Demonstrated track record in project delivery and operational planning
