With a rich history and a vision for the future, they are seeking an innovative and strategic Product & Buying Manager to join their dynamic team and lead their creative endeavours to new heights.

Role Overview:

As the Product & Buying Manager, you will oversee the entire product development and buying process, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of their product lines. You will lead a talented buying and product team to curate product assortments that align perfectly with the brand's vision, customer preferences, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the buying and product development team to create compelling product assortments.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that reflect the brand's vision and resonate with their target customers.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product offerings.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favourable terms to optimize product quality and margins.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Solid technical foundation in garment technology and manufacturing processes.
  • 10+ years' experience in fashion buying and product management within the fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expert understanding of the production and buying processes.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a passion for innovation and trend forecasting.
