We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator to join our dedicated Recruitment & Selection team, who love what they do and do what they love.

You will have a passion for coordinating, organising, and supporting the team with a variety of recruitment-based operational activities within the People & Culture division.

This is a full time/permanent position (part time may be considered) based at our head office in Doncaster with WFH/Hybrid options available.


About the role


Reporting to the Senior Advisor Recruitment & Selection, the focus of the role is to coordinate operational activities and provide advice relating to recruitment and selection processes in consultation with relevant department/regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Support various recruitment and selection processes from commencement to conclusion, ensuring an open and transparent process is followed

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (Desirable)
  • Experience providing administrative support and coordination in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency using erecruitment systems (Desirable)

Successful applicants will need to have received the mandated COVID-19 vaccinations and be willing to complete pre-employment screening including references, misconduct, and Police Checks.

This position is graded at
AV3 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Award 2021.


Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Doncaster headquarters in line with our hybrid working model.
