As part of our HR Generalist team we are currently recruiting for a
Diversity, Inclusion & Culture Specialist based in our Brisbane office.

Job Summary


Reporting to the HR Manager - Employee Experience, this role works closely with business leaders, HR Generalists, and Centers of Excellence.

You will create, embed and support a broad range of large-scale organizational initiatives that cut across multiple business units & programs that grow leadership capability and employee engagement to support a high-performance culture.

Your excellent stakeholder support and influencing skills at all levels combined with flexibility to be proactive in a changing environment will bring you great success in this role.


Key Responsibilities**:

  • Contribute to D&I strategy, design and implement relevant initiatives and programs of work to meet strategic goals;
  • Identify fit for purpose culture and leadership development solutions using a range of tools including leading the design and facilitating inhouse culture development and team building workshops;
  • Work with HR Business Partners and leaders to facilitate programs and activities to nurture culture and high performance within teams;
  • Contribute to enhancing employee experience, gather insights, identify gaps and recommend solutions to address strategic and operational diversity and cultural issues;
  • Lead and report on D&I programs and initiatives and prepare annual progress reports, including WGEA reporting;
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of regulations and best practice in diversity and inclusion;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of D&I and other relevant policies and procedures.

What you might bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent is preferred, but not essential;
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in an Organisational Development (OD) or HR role, plus significant experience delivering diversity and culture programs;
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and using insights to develop recommendations for D&I and Culture improvement;
  • Demonstrated experience developing, coordinating and facilitating programs and activities to meet business goals and strategy;
  • Experience with assessment development and coaching tools would be beneficial (ie LSI, TMS, DISC) but Boeing can support your growth in these areas too;
  • Confidence in creating and facilitating workshops and learning programs at all levels across the organisation;
  • The ability to influence through written and spoken words.
