About the Role

This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing effective diversity and inclusion initiatives and community engagement programs across our Queensland operations.

You will work closely with senior leadership, project leaders, people, communications, and procurement teams to ensure that CDI principles are integrated into all aspects of our operations.

Your Impact
  • Develop and implement programs that promote a more inclusive and diverse workplace, aligned to the global strategy and client expectations.
  • Manage key community stakeholder relationships, including Traditional Owners and Community Partners, to ensure we meet our social performance commitments.
  • Educate leaders and employees on CDI topics, fostering an inclusive culture through ongoing education and awareness.
  • Provide subject matter expert advice to leaders and employees on matters related to CDI topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CDI initiatives, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to business performance and growth through strategic development.
About You

You will have strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee initiatives effectively.

You possess strong communication skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You have a deep understanding of cultural and diversity nuances, with a specific focus on Indigenous cultures and effective engagement with Indigenous stakeholders.

Experience in or aptitude for roles in Human Resources, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, or Corporate Affairs/Public Affairs is advantageous.
