About the Role

The newly created Organisation Development Advisor - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued. Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering organisational development projects within our Future Workforce Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Develop and implement organisational development projects that align with our Future Workforce Strategy.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Planning: Contribute to the development of CPL's Diversity and Inclusion Plan, ensuring it is aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Cultural Transformation: Implement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group, including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusion, fostering a culture of respect and understanding.
  • Change Management: Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics, analysing and reporting on diversity, capability, culture, engagement, and performance management metrics.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Organisational psychology or human resources.
  • Experience: Human resources experience, particularly in learning and development or HR projects.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of employee engagement, organisation culture, capability, and development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Skills: Organised with a natural inclination for planning and events management, experience of managing small- to medium-sized projects or events with a proactive approach.
  • Commitment: Committed to social impact and enhancing diversity and inclusion of minority groups.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Blue card and NDIS worker clearance required to start (we can help).
