What you'll do:

  • Research recruitment solutions and use data to innovate practice
  • Advertise, screen, interview and conduct reference & other checks
  • Support volume recruitment activities
  • Leverage various tools and methods (Social Media, Partnerships, data) to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes

You will need:

  • Qualification in HR, Business or similar discipline and / or extensive experience as a Recruitment Consultant or HR professional
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end high volume recruitment
  • Knowledge of Labour Legislation
  • A passion to drive and influence inclusion and diversity
  • Experience in social media platforms and other professional networks
  • The ability to innovate and improve processes
  • Preferably have experience in a complex service delivery environment
  • Strong partnership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current drivers' license

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
