We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Brook Recruitment. As a key member of our HR and Marketing desk, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and supporting candidates in securing new roles.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and interview candidates to identify top talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and networking
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in an established agency
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Business development experience and a consultative approach
- Energy and passion to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 + super + uncapped quarterly commission
- A collaborative and supportive team environment
