Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve customer enquiries according to established policies and procedures, work instructions and guidelines, in an effective and respectful manner

  • Ability to
    problem solve and come up with solutions that best suit the scenario
  • To ensure that we accommodate every customer's needs to the best that we can and assure that they receive the
    best aftercare service that we can provide
  • Being able to
    work with other members of staff in your team and communicate at all times where necessary. Be able to branch out any ideas or solutions that you think could benefit your team and the customers
  • To have very clear
    attention to detail in regards to ensuring customer details are correct when importing and sending out items
  • To make sure that you are always
    organised and have the ability to multitask.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
