Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Pottery Barn in Bondi Junction, Sydney. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to drive individual and team performance.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a furniture or home decor environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
