Our Business Banking team plays a crucial role in assisting our frontline Relationship Managers by being the primary point of contact for our business and private banking clients.
Your Potential Role
Join our dynamic Business and Private Banking (BPB) team, a group of dedicated individuals who facilitate our online and phone business banking operations. Customer satisfaction will be your top priority in this role.
As a Business Banking Associate, you will handle incoming calls and deliver top-tier technical assistance over the phone to help clients with their business banking needs and merchant services.
Qualifications We Value
- Prior experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Background in finance or a keen interest in the banking sector is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient nature crucial for success in this position
- Proficiency in utilizing various technologies and multitasking effectively
Work Schedule Overview
Our customers are our priority, and we need your commitment to a rotating schedule that operates from:
- Monday - Sunday
- 7.00am-10.00pm
- Availability for weekend shifts on a regular basis (every 3-6 weeks)
Training will begin on Monday, 24th June, with all new hires undergoing a mandatory 4-week full-time training session, Monday to Friday with an 8.30am or 9am start time.
