The state-of-the-art facility is a powerhouse, delivering over 1000 new cars annually, providing the perfect stage for an experienced Business Manager to thrive and reach new heights in their career.

The site itself is the highest performing dealership in country and if that doesn't get you excited, 4 of the sales consultants are in the top 10 for sales volume nationally.

The Role:

We are actively seeking a results-focused individual who not only excels in generating new business but also possesses a natural ability to seamlessly integrate into a team environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guests with an exceptional level of customer service
  • Tailoring finance and insurance packages to meet specific requirements
  • Conducting thorough factfinding and submitting necessary paperwork to financiers
  • Assisting sales teams in closing deals based on repayment options
  • Achieving the monthly finance and insurance key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the dealership
  • Collaborating closely with the management and sales teams for seamless operations

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager or a comparable background in lending, such as banking finance.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Strong professional communication skills and a polished personal presentation.
  • ASIC compliance and a clean record with no discrediting or investigation by any finance companies.
  • A cando attitude and an uplifting style that brings positivity to the workplace.
  • Natural attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
