Located in the North Western suburbs of Sydney, my client is proudly a 100% Australian owned business who stock a massive range of products from leading brands and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

We are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Manager, to lead their dynamic team of customer service reps.

Your key focus in this role is to ensure sales and customer service resources are managed effectively and secure the best possible customer outcomes.


With a proven background in a team leader role, or a customer service management position, you will have a big picture focus.

Whilst you are there to manage, motivate and lead a team of approximately - 9 members, you will also act as an escalation point where required to resolve customer issues.
