The work involves consulting, planning and coaching across a dealership to change processes to create new efficient process flow in the workshop and aftersales department.

Using your experience with stakeholder communication, you will be instigating change to coach team members to implement the Volvo Personal Service program and meet program deliverables.


Your background:

You have a broad experience working within a Dealership, particularly in aftersales, you enjoy travel and are looking to making the step forward to implement change within Dealerships.


Experience Required:

Working Knowledge of Automotive Customer Service, Warranty Process, Service Quality and Process, Parts Process and Inventory Management, Aftersales Management and Customer Satisfaction Programmes Advanced Facilitation and Presentation Coaching Change Management Numerate and IT Literate (proven competence with Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel a minimum)Resilience and Tenacity Team Player Conflict Management Industry Qualifications Customer Service Qualifications You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment and be vital in the development and execution of an exciting range of projects all while working within a friendly team.
