About this role

This position would be ideal for a person who has previously worked customer service role This is a busy environment so the ability to multitask is essential.

This is a casual role that is approved until January 2024, it is office based, Monday to Friday.

The role involves

  • Customer service Administration and phone call support
  • Order and credit entries.
  • Follow up on customer order tracking / ETA and projects

About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems, experience with SAP would be highly regarded
  • Available for immediate start and interview.
