• Assemble and install stairs, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.
• Select and procure materials, fittings, and tools for each task, adhering to industry standards.
• Cutting and shaping resources to precise specifications.
• Plan and manage projects to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations.
• Create standard and custom components of stairs, demonstrating expertise in carpentry and joinery.
• Gather and assemble elements to produce high-quality stair products.

• Formal qualifications in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, or stair building.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or 1-2 years out of apprenticeship.
• Ability to read plans and cutting lists, with knowledge of different types of timbers, laminates, and veneers.
• Self-motivation and effective time management skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working across multiple industries is highly advantageous.
