Learning & Development Team Administrator

Your new opportunity:


Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Team Administrator will support our geographically dispersed national team with all administration functions.


In this role you will:

  • Provide general administration support to the Learning & Development team including tasks such as ordering, printing and invoicing
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customer service activities
  • Coordinate training courses, programs and events
  • Support all Learning Management Systems used by Penske

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years administration or customer service experience
  • Possess a strong work ethic and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Highly capable in stakeholder management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proactively review administrative processes and build efficiencies to improve
  • Demonstrated competence in computer skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook and ability to adapt to new systems
  • Capable of working in an autonomous role without supervision
