Learning & Development Administrator

Our client based in the Adelaide CBD is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to coordinate, monitor and maintain learning and training requirements across the organisation to ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and competency to perform their role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to aid the development and implementation of the learning and training frameworks
  • Maintain the currency of identified training needs within training profiles in the Learning Management System
  • Provide administrative support to update online learning content as required
  • Plan and coordinate training across the organisation to ensure minimal operational impact by liaising with managers, supervisors, work planners and business unit administrators
  • Liaise with external training providers or internal subject matter experts to determine room setup, equipment and training materials required
  • Monitor certifications, competency, and training requirements to maintain employee and organisational compliance

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of learning and development coordination and support functions
  • High level of computer literacy. Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with experience using LMSs
  • High level of attention to detail combined with a demonstrated ability to use initiative and judgement
  • Proven ability to effectively work autonomously or in a team as required with demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships

Key Requirements

  • MUST have a valid current National Police Clearance
