About the Role

  • Developing and managing the LMS, including course creation, scheduling, assignments, and cataloguing to ensure efficient learning delivery.
  • Utilizing LMS functionality to configure complex learning programs, establish system rules, and automate learning assignments.
  • Ensuring data integrity and governance by managing data entry processes and quality control for content within the LMS.
  • Improving LMS processes to meet evolving needs and providing technical support to users and administrators.
  • Generating and distributing data reports from the LMS to relevant divisions and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating learning programs by collaborating with external providers and internal stakeholders for scheduling and quality delivery.
  • Handling contract management for external learning providers and processing employee learning requests in line with policies.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by addressing learning queries and requests following policies.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Business Administration, Communications, HR, IT, other relevant discipline or the equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with Learning Management Systems, in particular the SuccessFactors learning management system.
