Position Overview:


Under the supervision of the CFO, we are seeking a Procurement Manager to take charge of our procurement endeavors in the Facility Services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute efficient procurement strategies for cleaning materials and equipment.
- Identify and assess potential suppliers, bargain contracts, and oversee supplier connections.
- Keep track of market trends and industry advancements to remain knowledgeable about the latest cleaning industry products and technologies.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between procurement and operational requirements.

Modern Slavery Adherence:
- Conducting Risk Assessments and Due Diligence Activities, partaking in the crafting/submission of GJK's Modern Slavery Statement.
- Engaging in Social Procurement initiatives.
- Collaborating with Suppliers on our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) journey, ensuring ethical practices in the supply chain.
- Analyzing and enhancing procurement procedures to cut costs and boost efficiency.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven background as a Procurement Manager or in a similar capacity within the cleaning industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication proficiencies.
- Profound understanding of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry guidelines.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in procurement tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership and team management expertise.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
