About the Role
As the Allied Health Administration Assistant your duties will include but limit to;

  • Provision of reception, and administrative services in a confidential, timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures.
  • Processing referrals that facilitate timely access to Allied Health Services.
  • Respond to customer enquiries as appropriate.
  • Coordinate, amend and create clinics for all Allied Health disciplines in iPMS program.
