THE JOB


We are looking for reliable customer service superstars to work nights and weekends on a casual basis for 15 to 30 hours a week.

Successful applicants must have the flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.

Having your RSA and experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred but not essential. The most important thing is a positive, can-do attitude that is focused on teamwork and delivering a great customer experience

Working at the Bentleys Hotel requires high energy, and an ability to multitask and successfully handle competing priorities.

  • Exceptional and professional customer service
  • Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required
  • Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Consistent delivery of the venue's products
  • Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations
  • Communicate and liaise with team members
  • Efficient knowledge of the pointofsale operating system (onthejob training provided)
  • Maintain and clean all work areas
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
  • Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act 201
  • Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Any other duties directed by Management
