About You


This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established team supporting the Central Coast Council with its planning and development.


In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships and strengthen engagement with key stakeholders at Central Coast Council.
  • Identify and contribute to planning initiatives in a dynamic and complex environment, with competing priorities and conflicting stakeholders needs, views and opinions.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of systems, policies and processes to enhance effective team operations.

Key Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant planning and environmental legislation and processes.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary degree qualification and/or other equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to travel and Class C Driver's Licence for regional positions.
