About the role


We are looking for an accomplished Administrator to join our dynamic, supportive, collaborative and friendly Project Management Operations (PMO) team.

The Security Project Management Operations (PMO) team is the interface between the client, internal sales, technical and delivery teams.


The Project Administrator's primary focus is to support the PMO and technical teams in tasks relating to the delivery of projects.

This is an exciting career opportunity for an accomplished administrator to build a career in the Project Management space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up of new projects into the CRM system
  • Management of the Security Projects Inbox
  • Assign suitable technical resources to project (internal engineers, consultants, contractors)
  • Provide support to the PMO and technical teams
  • Assignment of presales tickets as per requests
  • Assist with the coordination of complete lifecycle of assigned projects, making sure projects are delivered on time and on or under budget
  • Coordination of regular client review and status update meetings and taking minutes and noting action items
  • Assisting with finance and billing queries directly relating to projects
  • Quality Assurance control: undertake final review and edit of all reports or other documentation/project deliverables before releasing to client

Requirements:

  • 1+ year working in an administrative role
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent
