JDV Projects is a fast-paced Construction and Fitout business in Artarmon, with over 25 years of operation. Our team has delivered over 900 quality and award-winning projects and boast countless lasting relationships with our clients. We specialise in Fitout, Refurbishment and Commercial Construction across the Corporate, Healthcare, Education, Industrial and High-end Residential.
We are looking to hire a new superstar Administration Assistant for our dynamic and capable team. If you have experience managing office administration, organising events and generally being the backbone of the office buzz, then we would like to talk to you.
Secondly the role includes the general running and operation of the office, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, answering phones, preparing meeting rooms, organising company events, assistance in the preparation of proposal documentation, assisting the team with admin tasks, including printing, binding etc. and running errands.
What you will need:
- A friendly and engaging personality
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience
- Attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft office,
- Experience with Adobe InDesign desirable but not essential
- Solid organisational skills
- A great attitude and can-do approach to the tasks at hand
- Manage competing priorities.
- Must have drivers licence
We are a supportive team that value commitment and hard work, coupled with a good sense of fun. We will work with you to teach you and develop your skill set.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
