- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, enabling you to develop tailored recruitment and selection strategies.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipelines
- Facilitate salary and benefit negotiations.
- Arrange the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
- Study and interpret legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.

**Qualifications**
You will have completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources with proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor or similar role, with a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including induction and onboarding.

Your strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, and online job portals, as well as proficiency in SmartRecruiters our ATS and other HR software will ensure you have the foundations required to achieve great success.

Additionally, you will have;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Information**

**Salary**: $80,000 - $85,000
