Your impact


The Adobe Technical Lead will be responsible for delivering on the Martech roadmap and capability for major and ongoing feature development and enhancements, bug fixes and support of the Adobe platform.


Your responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders and Martech product managers to understand Martech product roadmap and requirements to support capability builds, enhancement requests and bug fixes
  • Translate the Martech product roadmap into a comprehensive quarterly delivery plan in collaboration with the Martech product and technical teams
  • Manage the sprint delivery process including sprint planning, release planning and approvals
  • Identify key opportunities for business improvement, as well as development of technical or process enhancements in order to increase operational efficiency
  • Delivery of stable and scalable Adobe product roadmaps to support business requirements
  • Collaborate with wider internal teams responsible for system integration, other
solutions and enterprise architecture and platforms as it impacts on the Adobe platform

  • Manage the work activities and development of the Martech Technical team
  • Support Adobe Platform BAU Operations
  • Lead delivery with wider team and external parties from various business and technical organisations (eg System Integrators, Professional Services and Adobe support engineers)
  • Manage administration of the Adobe platform including user access controls
  • Accountable for scalability of Martech data structures to enable marketing to activate data and segments, ensuring compliance and scalability
  • Deliver mandatory compliance requirements including internal audit, security, privacy and marketing regulations.
  • Keep up to date on new Adobe features and functionality including but not limited to Experience Cloud, Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimiser, Journey Orchestration, Adobe Launch/Analytics

Your experience and capability

  • Demonstrated extensive Adobe experience cloud technical experience
  • Demonstrable success in delivering capability initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sprint delivery process
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Business acumen with good project management skills
  • Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
  • Strong understanding of Martech best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical teams
  • Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings
  • A sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative
  • Enjoy working in fastpaced agile team environment
  • Manage direct and influence indirect team members (eg System Integrators, Professional Services) to achieve business and technical outcomes
