- $60,000 → $70,000 + super, dependent on experience

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role will see you undertaking various HR tasks with a strong focus on recruitment. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- An eye for detail and an initiative to continually improve
**The Role**
As an HR Administrator, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for HR matters
- Support our field-based leaders with their recruitment needs
- Completing phone screens, reference and work rights checks
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Payroll system entry and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate traineeship and recognition programs
- Manage HR inbox and respond to queries and escalate as required
- Manage administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects as required
- Assist with general HR duties as required
**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will be someone who has:
- Experience within People & Culture/HR
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or a related field (desirable)
- The ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- An energetic outlook, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a willingness to contribute creative ideas
- A strong focus on continuous improvement
- Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- National Police check
